Fees can vary depending on the size, nature and timescales of your unique project. We’ll always confirm our fees in writing prior to beginning your garden project and a 20% deposit is required to confirm commencement.
At Eco Designs, we provide a comprehensive service that covers every stage of your project — from initial design concepts to detailed construction drawings. We also support you in selecting the most suitable contractor and carry out site inspections throughout the build to help ensure a smooth and successful process.

We can also provide services for a range of one-off or standalone services that are typically outside the scope of full project delivery. These are often commissioned to meet specific planning, technical, or advisory needs.

Discharge of Planning Conditions
Providing professional evidence and support in planning appeals or disputes.Preparation of detailed landscape plans, planting schemes, and management plans required by local authorities to satisfy planning approvals.
Water Sensitive Projects
Design of reed bed systems, wetlands, attenuation ponds, swale drainage, SuDS, rainwater recycling, flood risk management and sustainable flood alleviation
We also carry out soil percolation and water quality tests and offer accredited laboratory analysis for water and soil samples.
